Class Description
Unit II–Advanced Real Estate Principles
This is the 30-hour course is the second step in meeting the requirements to take the final exam. It is broken into five different modules of approximately 6 hours each. Courses include how to measure a house and calculate the square footage, in-depth discussions regarding agency, ethics and much more – highly interactive sessions! It will include more advanced information on real estate principles and law.
- This course last one week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m with breaks and one-hour lunch time.
