Class Description
Unit II–Advanced Real Estate Principles
This is the 30-hour course is the second step in meeting the requirements to take the final exam. It is broken into five different modules of approximately 6 hours each. Courses include how to measure a house and calculate the square footage, in-depth discussions regarding agency, ethics and much more – highly interactive sessions! It will include more advanced information on real estate principles and law.
- This course lasts normally runs five consecutive work days. This time however, we will start on Friday, January 17 so we can skip Monday, January 20 for MLK Holiday. We will resume on Tuesday, January 21 and end on Friday, January 24. All classes will start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:30 p.m., with time out for breaks and 1-hour lunch.
